🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At Glamistan, we care about your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with our fair and easy return policy.

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You report the issue within 7 days via WhatsApp or Email

⚠️ Non-returnable items: Personal care products, cosmetics, undergarments, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message.
  • A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued via your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

For COD orders, refunds are made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@dev.glamistan.pk or WhatsApp Us.
  2. Provide your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will confirm and share courier details for return shipment.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover all shipping costs.
  • If it’s a change of mind or size issue, the customer covers return shipping.
